Rumors of Star Rail’s Free Character in Update 2.3

In the latest update of the popular game Honkai: Star Rail, players were treated to the introduction of two character selectors that allowed them to pick a four-star banner. These selectors were unlocked upon completing challenging events like ”Vignettes in a Cup” and ”Hanu’s Prison Break.” Players were thrilled to be able to acquire powerful units such as Gallagher, Sampo, Yukong, and Guinaifen without having to spend their Rail Passes.

Exciting news for players came from a credible leaker within the community, Firefly Lover, who revealed that another character selector will be added in version 2.3 of Honkai: Star Rail. This upcoming selector is expected to be part of a limited-time event, similar to previous events, and will feature four units: Gallagher, Hanya, Luka, and Arlan.

Arlan, a four-star character specializing in the Lightning element, is known for sacrificing his HP to deal devastating damage based on ATK. His abilities enhance the team’s offensive capabilities, making him a valuable addition to any lineup. On the other hand, Luka, a martial artist dealing Physical damage, brings unique skills like the Sky-Shatter Fist to the table, making him a versatile character for players to utilize.

Hanya, a Harmony character, applies the Burden effect on targets, allowing allies to recover skill points and gain ATK and speed boosts. Lastly, Gallagher, specializing in the Fire element, not only deals damage but also heals allies and applies the Besotted effect, making him a formidable force in battles.

With the promise of these new characters and exciting gameplay updates, players of Honkai: Star Rail have a lot to look forward to in version 2.3, set to be released on June 18.
