Ryan Hayden and Marc Paskin Named Co-Heads of News and Broadcasting at UTA

United Talent Agency (UTA) is shaking up its news and broadcasting department leadership with the appointment of Ryan Hayden and Marc Paskin as co-heads of the department. The agency, known for negotiating on behalf of journalists and news personalities, made the announcement in a memo sent to staff by UTA vice-chairman Jay Sures and COO Andrew Thau.

Peter Goldberg, who previously led the department, will remain with the company as a partner and senior agent. Goldberg played a key role in the growth of UTA News since joining the agency in 2017 through the acquisition of N.S. Bienstock.

Hayden and Paskin will now report to Sures in their new roles, with Hayden also continuing to oversee UTA Sports alongside Jerry Silbowitz, reporting to Thau. The memo expressed gratitude to Goldberg for his contributions in establishing UTA News as a market leader.

The newly appointed co-heads, Hayden and Paskin, bring a wealth of experience to their roles. Hayden, a UTA Partner with 20 years of experience, is known for representing top names in news and sports media. Paskin, who joined UTA in 2019, previously held senior roles at ABC News.

UTA’s Sports Media Department will also see Hayden and Silbowitz continue to lead, overseeing a roster that includes prominent figures in sports media. The agency expressed excitement for the future of these departments under the new leadership and thanked Goldberg for his dedication to UTA News.
