Samsung is set to revolutionize the health and fitness tracking experience with the introduction of new Galaxy AI features for its smartwatches. The upcoming One UI 6 Watch update will bring advanced capabilities to the Galaxy Watch lineup, enhancing user personalization and intelligence.

The new Galaxy AI features include Energy Score and Wellness Tips, designed to provide users with a better understanding of their overall health and fitness levels. Energy Score will analyze various health metrics to give users a score on their daily condition, while Wellness Tips will offer personalized insights and motivational guidance to help users achieve their fitness goals.

In addition to these features, Samsung is also improving its sleep AI algorithm to provide more in-depth insights into sleep patterns, including sleep movements, latency, and heart and breathing rates during sleep.

For athletes, the update will bring new metrics like Aerobic Threshold, Anaerobic Threshold, and Functional Threshold Power, offering better performance and training insights. The addition of the Workout Routine feature will allow users to seamlessly transition between exercises, making it easier to achieve their fitness goals.

These new Galaxy AI features are expected to debut with the next Galaxy Watch lineup, likely the Galaxy Watch 7 series. Some users will have the opportunity to access these features early during the June beta testing phase, with the features rolling out alongside the One UI 6 Watch update. Stay tuned for more updates on Samsung’s innovative advancements in health and fitness tracking.
