Scott Beatty Named Chair of Business Litigation Department at Henderson Franklin

With nearly three decades of experience in Florida litigation, Beatty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

Having joined the firm in 2003 and previously serving on the Executive Committee, Beatty is well-equipped to lead the Business Litigation Department. He expressed gratitude for his predecessor, Carlos Kelly, and looks forward to building on the progress made under his leadership.
