3. Hydration: As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to sagging skin. Using skincare products with peptides, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and glycerin can improve skin firmness, elasticity, and moisture retention. Drinking plenty of water also helps hydrate the skin from the inside.
