- API – 2 to 4 Years experience.
- Rest API – 2 to 4 Years experience .
- ServiceNOW – 4 to 6 Years experience.
- ServiceNow Development – 4 to 6 Years experience.
- 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development, particularly Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher.
- 3-5 year’s experience in Agile/Scrum.
- 3-5 years experience on Service Now – Business rules and Scripting and application development.
- 2-3 years experience on Integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.)
- 2years experience on Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process.
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proficiency on Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB and other SN modules.
- Experience on APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia or other orchestration and interface tools is preferred.
- SN CSA Certified.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
