Assistant coach Frank Stetts expressed his excitement over the team’s performance, stating, “It was a huge win on Saturday. They kept fighting and didn’t give up, and that’s a good thing.”
The Bulldogs found themselves tied 6-6 in the fifth inning, with Dani Miller’s leadoff single setting the stage for a comeback. Jaymison Stellfox delivered a crucial hit to bring Miller home, igniting a rally that ultimately led to the winning run.
