In a thrilling softball matchup, the Big Red team from Steubenville showcased their dominance against Wheeling Central, securing a 13-5 victory at the Crimson Complex. Leadoff hitter Sena Smith stole the show with an impressive performance both at the plate and on the mound.
Smith went 4-for-4 at the plate, including a single, a triple, and an inside-the-park home run. She also contributed three RBIs, scored three runs, and stole a base. In addition to her offensive prowess, Smith pitched the first three innings, striking out five batters.
