We are building tomorrow, together.Your New JobThe Position: This development position will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and modernizing a tower project management system written using C++ and the Embarcadero platform. The system not only manages tower projects, it also provides drawings of the towers based on engineering data. The role will be working directly within a growing team of developers that will leverage cross-training and knowledge sharing to define and deliver an industry-leading solution. Once the legacy platform is mastered, the role will support the modernization of the legacy software to SaaS platform capable of supporting global Tower Companies, Mobile Network Operations, Network Equipment Providers and Engineering Services firms.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Sustain legacy software tools and implement and perform testing of new feature sets on legacy platform
• Support the modernization of legacy platform by the introduction of modules / microservices in a CI/CD environment
• Support the testing and roll-out the new SaaS platform to existing and new global customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science
• Knowledge of high-level programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python
• Knowledge of Cloud Services and corresponding tools and environments
• Experience with data and database structures, notably SQL
• Experience with RestAPIs and Git Version Control is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive and prone to take initiatives
• Good communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in object-oriented software development using C++.
• Knowledge of SQL and Json or XML.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a software developer
