Soldiers at Fort Drum, New York, are taking a proactive approach to their health and fitness by participating in the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) class. This program, offered by the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion of the 10th Mountain Division, aims to improve running and overall health techniques for military personnel.
