Spring brings back charity fitness and wellness pop-up at Bentall Centre

The Wellness Studio, a popular fitness and wellness pop-up, is set to return to downtown Vancouver next month, offering a range of classes and workshops to promote self-care and support a great cause. Located at #311-595 Burrard Street, the event will run from May 1 to 31, coinciding with Mental Health Awareness Month.

Participants can look forward to a variety of activities hosted in collaboration with 12 of Vancouver’s top wellness and fitness studios. Whether you’re into yoga, strength training, guided meditation, or mental health discussions, there’s something for everyone at this pop-up activation. The Wellness Studio will be open from Monday to Thursday each week, excluding holidays.

Some of this year’s partners include WellIntel, Unity Herbals, Yard Athletics, and Kin Culture, among others. To gain access to the Wellness Studio, a minimum donation of $10 is required, with all proceeds going towards Foundry, a mental health organization for young people. Additionally, a pass for 10 classes, workshops, and meditations, as well as an Unlimited Pass, will be available for purchase.

Foundry is a province-wide network of integrated health and social service centers catering to individuals aged 12 to 24, offering a range of mental health and substance use services. The Bentall Centre and Hudson Pacific Properties will also match donations raised during the event in May.

Guests are encouraged to attend the Wellness Studio either alone or with friends and colleagues, with group bookings available through the Bentall Centre’s website. The event will run from noon to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, at the Retail Concourse Unit 311 at Bentall Centre. Don’t miss this opportunity to prioritize your well-being while supporting a worthy cause.
