Sunil Pal expresses relief as The Great Indian Kapil Show comes to an end: Criticizes its ‘Vulgar, Nudity, and Double Meaning Content’

The shoot of the first season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, hosted by Kapil Sharma, has wrapped up, leaving comedian Sunil Pal with mixed feelings. The show, which premiered on Netflix on March 30, 2024, has been a hit since its launch, consistently trending at the top of the charts.

However, Sunil Pal took to his official Instagram handle to share his views on the show’s conclusion. In a video posted on his account, he expressed his happiness that The Great Indian Kapil Show is ending, citing reasons such as vulgar, nudity, and double meaning content that he believes are prevalent in the show.

This is not the first time Sunil Pal has criticized the show. Prior to its premiere, he released a video urging Kapil Sharma not to do the show, calling it filled with ‘gande keede makaude and so-called gutter atankwadi’. He even slammed Netflix for what he called opening a ‘porn quota’.

In his latest video, Sunil Pal is heard saying, “Bahut dukh ho raha hai. I am feeling sad that The Great India Kapil Show is ending. I want to tell Kapil, acha hai apka show band ho raha hai.” He also appealed to other TMKOC stars like Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek to not appear in too many shows, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a good image.

Despite his criticisms, The Great Indian Kapil Show has featured a star-studded lineup, including Kapil Sharma alongside fellow comedians Krushna Abhishek, Sunil Grover, Kiku Sharda, Rajiv Thakur, and Archana Puran Singh. The show has seen guests like Ranbir Kapoor, Aamir Khan, and the Deol brothers, Sunny and Bobby, making appearances and discussing their upcoming projects.
