Sunrisers Hyderabad emerged victorious in a thrilling encounter against Rajasthan Royals, securing a spot in the IPL final against Kolkata Knight Riders. The match saw spinner Shahbaz Ahmed shine with three crucial wickets, helping his team to a 36-run victory.

Heinrich Klaasen’s explosive innings of 50 runs off 34 balls propelled Sunrisers to a total of 175-9. The bowlers then put up a stellar performance, restricting Rajasthan to 139-7. Ahmed, who came in as an impact substitute, not only contributed with the bat but also wreaked havoc with his left-arm spin, finishing with figures of 3-23.

Kolkata Knight Riders, who had previously defeated Hyderabad in the playoffs, will face off against Pat Cummins’ side in the final. Cummins, who has been a standout performer for Hyderabad, expressed his delight at reaching the final after a remarkable turnaround from the previous season.
