Two people are dead and three others are injured after a tragic shooting incident at a business in Chester, Delaware County. The suspect, identified as 61-year-old Wilbert Rosado Ruiz, is in custody after opening fire at Delaware County Linen on Wednesday morning.
The victims, identified as Leovanny and Giguenson Peña-Peña, were employees at the business and tragically lost their lives in the shooting. Two of the surviving victims are in stable condition, while one remains critical but stable.

Neighbors and employees were left shaken by the incident, with one employee recalling the fear and chaos that ensued during the shooting. Authorities also revealed that concerns had been raised about Rosado Ruiz’s behavior prior to the shooting.
As the community grapples with this senseless act of violence, Rosado Ruiz is set to be arraigned on Thursday as the investigation continues.
