Taylor Swift kicked off the European leg of her record-breaking Eras tour in France with a bang, showcasing a revamped setlist and new outfits. The star delighted fans by dropping fan favorites like The Archer and The 1 in favor of new songs like Fortnight and Down Bad from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Taking the stage at La Défense Arena in Paris, Swift wowed the sold-out crowd with a three-hour performance featuring 45 songs from her 18-year career. The tour, themed around the different “eras” she’s created, includes sets dedicated to each of her 11 studio albums.

Fans immediately noticed changes to the show, including updated intro music and surprises like the removal of The Archer and a reshuffling of the Red album sequence. Swift also debuted new outfits and visuals to match the themes of her latest album.

The Tortured Poets Department material was performed in a billowing cream ball gown, while the show ended with a powerful performance of Karma from her Midnights album. Swift’s tour is projected to make over $1.4 billion in ticket sales, making it the most profitable tour of all time.

The Eras tour will continue to captivate audiences as it travels to the UK next month, with dates in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, and London. Swift’s cultural phenomenon of a tour is set to make music history and solidify her status as a global superstar.
