Tech Mahindra and IBM Join Forces to Accelerate Adoption of Generative AI

Tech Mahindra has announced a strategic collaboration with IBM to help businesses worldwide responsibly accelerate the adoption of generative AI (GenAI). This partnership aims to combine Tech Mahindra’s AI offerings and solutions with IBM’s watsonx AI and data platform to bring new GenAI capabilities to enterprises.

Customers will now have access to a wide range of new GenAI services, frameworks, and solutions architectures by leveraging the power of IBM watsonx and Tech Mahindra’s AI consulting and engineering skills. This collaboration will enable businesses to access trusted data, automate processes, and build trustworthy AI models with explainability to mitigate risk and bias.

Kunal Purohit, Chief Digital Services Officer at Tech Mahindra, highlighted the importance of implementing responsible AI practices and integrating GenAI technology to drive digital transformation and business growth for global customers. The collaboration also includes the establishment of a virtual watsonx Centre of Excellence (CoE) to optimize synergies between both organizations and develop unique AI offerings and solutions.
