To determine if these greens powders are worth the hype, the Good Housekeeping Institute enlisted the help of nutritionists Georgia Chilton and Megan Foulsham to test and review a range of super greens products. The experts found that while it’s best to get nutrients from whole foods, Verve V80 Greens Powder stood out as a recommended option. Bulk Powders Complete Greens was highlighted as a budget-friendly choice, while Protein Works Super Greens Extreme offered a variety of flavors. Athletic Greens AG1 was praised for its premium quality.

Overall, the experts emphasized the importance of choosing greens powders with real fruit and vegetable powders, avoiding synthetic ingredients, and ensuring third-party testing for accuracy and purity. Before incorporating a greens powder into your routine, it’s recommended to consult with a registered nutritionist or dietician for personalized advice.
