Texas A&M Claims Victory in 2024 NCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Championship

Texas A&M made history by winning their first NCAA women’s tennis outdoor team title in 2024, defeating Georgia 4-1 in the final match. The Aggies had previously been runners-up in 2013, but this year they emerged victorious in a thrilling competition.

The road to the championship began with the announcement of the 64-team field on April 29, followed by the selection of individual championship competitors for singles and doubles on April 30. The final site competition took place from May 17-19 at the Greenwood Tennis Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma, with singles and doubles matches scheduled for May 20-25.
