AYANEO has recently launched its latest handheld gaming device, the Pocket S, which is now available for purchase. The device boasts impressive specifications, including a compact size and lightweight design, making it comparable to a Nintendo Switch Lite in terms of dimensions.

Powered by the Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 chipset, the Pocket S offers 30 percent more power than its predecessor, the G3x Gen 1. This upgrade allows for smoother performance and better graphics on demanding Android games. Early testers have reported being able to run games like Genshin Impact on high settings at 60 FPS, showcasing the device’s capabilities.

In addition to its powerful processor, the Pocket S features 16GB of RAM (12GB for the 128GB storage variant), VC thermal plate cooling, and a maximum continuous performance output of 15W. The device also sports a 6-inch ultra-retina IPS borderless mirror screen and a CNC full-metal mid-frame, providing a premium look and feel.

The Pocket S is currently available for purchase through an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, with two editions available: the 1440P Advance Edition starting at $439 and the 1080P Edition starting at $399. Shipping is expected to begin in mid-May for the 1440P Advance Edition and late June for the 1080P Edition. Accessories such as protective cases and shells are also available for purchase to enhance the device’s protection and ergonomics.
