LPF serves as a “food bank for sports equipment,” collecting both new and used gear to distribute to under-resourced communities. Donovan Dennis, the program director at LPF, emphasizes the importance of providing resources to areas where kids may not have access to sports equipment.

The Baltimore location of LPF has already collected a million dollars worth of sports and playground equipment, making a significant impact on the community. Events like Pack the Park are creating new opportunities for future generations to get involved in sports and build essential life skills.
