Tozzi Green Spa, a prominent player in Italy’s renewable energy sector, has joined forces with the Dojo Gharbi group to launch an innovative employee well-being program at its headquarters in Mezzano. The collaboration aims to enhance the physical and mental health of staff members through personalized fitness activities.

The program, named Fsa (Assisted Subjective Fitness), offers employees the opportunity to participate in tailored workouts during their lunch breaks. Spearheaded by CEO Andrea Tozzi and Karim Gharbi, former competitive judo athlete and current president of Dojo Gharbi, the initiative has already received positive feedback from the workforce.

Karim Gharbi, the driving force behind Fsa, drew inspiration from his experience in developing customized fitness programs at two gyms. The success of these programs led Tozzi Green to provide employees with access to Dojo Gharbi trainers three times a week, with the potential for increased frequency in the future.

Expressing gratitude for the support from Andrea Tozzi, Karim Gharbi emphasized the importance of prioritizing physical well-being in the workplace. He believes that promoting employee wellness is crucial for overall health and work-life balance. The partnership between Tozzi Green and Dojo Gharbi reflects a shared commitment to creating a healthier work environment and fostering a culture of well-being.

As the program evolves and expands, both organizations are dedicated to making physical and mental wellness a central focus of their corporate culture. The collaboration between Tozzi Green and Dojo Gharbi sets a positive example for other companies looking to prioritize employee well-being and create a more supportive workplace environment.
