Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Redevco, is set to bring the prestigious Radisson Collection brand to the heart of Paris with the opening of a new hotel in early 2027. The hotel will be situated in the BPM (Beats Per Minute) development, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Louvre Museum and Le Marais district.

The BPM development, housed in a historic Haussman building, is undergoing extensive renovations to transform it into a mixed-use space that will encompass retail, office, and hotel accommodations. Designed by Franklin Azzi Architecture, the project aims to seamlessly integrate different functions while prioritizing environmental sustainability. Spanning over eight floors and covering more than 13,000 sqm, the development will offer a unique experience for visitors and residents alike.

One of the standout features of the new Radisson Collection hotel will be its rooftop terrace, which will provide guests with a breathtaking 360-degree view of Paris. From the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre and Notre Dame, guests will be able to take in all the iconic landmarks of the city from this vantage point. The hotel’s 57 rooms and suites will also offer stunning views of the Paris skyline, making for a truly unforgettable stay.

In addition to its prime location and luxurious accommodations, the hotel will boast a seventh-floor restaurant serving up delectable cuisine and an eighth-floor rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the city. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore the hotel’s 12th-century crypt, adding a touch of history and intrigue to their stay.

Located on Rue de Rivoli, one of the busiest streets in Paris, the hotel will be easily accessible to travelers arriving from Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports. With the Metro line 1 just steps away, guests will have convenient access to all of Paris’s major attractions, including the Champs Elysees, La Defense, Concorde, and Bastille.
