Sayed and Gandhi have both experienced the benefits of regular exercise, with Sayed focusing on running and weight training, while Gandhi works with a personal trainer on body weight exercises and strength training.

Social media has played a role in popularizing an active lifestyle, but experts warn of the risks of unrealistic expectations. Despite this, medical and fitness experts agree that it is never too late to start exercising, with early adoption setting the foundation for a healthier lifestyle and preventing various health conditions associated with aging.
