Top Aide to Iran’s Supreme Leader

In a recent development, an adviser to Iran’s supreme leader has claimed that Israel is in a state of panic and on high alert following a strike in Syria that resulted in the deaths of members of its Revolutionary Guards. Yahya Rahim Safavi, a senior adviser to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stated that the Zionists are unsure of Iran’s next move and are terrified along with their supporters.

The air strike on Damascus on April 1, which Iran has blamed on Israel, resulted in the deaths of seven members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including two generals. In response to the strike, Israel has announced a leave suspension, increased manpower, and drafted reserve soldiers to operate air defenses.

Safavi emphasized that the psychological, media, and political warfare being waged against Israel is causing more fear than the actual possibility of war. He mentioned that many Israelis have fled to shelters, fearing an attack every night.
