Under the guidance of coach Lamar Kirkley, the Hornet boys team secured its fourth consecutive region title with an impressive 18-3 record, remaining undefeated against teams from the Greater Savannah area. Despite a tough loss to Lumpkin in the state quarterfinals, Kirkley was honored as the All-Greater Savannah Boys Tennis Coach of the Year, attributing his success to the dedication and skill of his players.

On the girls’ side, coach Reid Owens led the Hornets to a stellar 18-3 record without a single loss to a team from the Greater Savannah area. The All-Greater Savannah Boys and Girls Tennis teams have been announced, with standout players like Caleb McElveen, Henry Berg, Halee Harper, and Riley Metzger earning well-deserved recognition for their exceptional performances throughout the season.
