Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Arkansas men’s basketball team is making moves during transfer season, with several players entering the transfer portal and new additions coming in.

One of the incoming transfers is forward Josh Cohen, who joins the Razorbacks after a successful season with UMass. Cohen, a versatile forward, has the ability to dominate in the paint and shoot from outside. His commitment leaves Arkansas with six open scholarship roster spots.

On the outgoing transfers front, guard Joseph Pinion announced his decision to enter the portal after averaging 2.4 points per game. He has since committed to Arkansas State. Forward Denijay Harris and guard Keyon Menifield are also entering the portal, with Harris likely needing a waiver to be eligible for a final season.

Guard Davonte ‘Devo’ Davis, who had a standout performance in the 2023 NCAA Tournament, is also entering the portal after a four-year stint with the Razorbacks. Guard Layden Blocker, a former 4-star recruit, is leaving after his freshman season.

In addition to the transfers, forward Josh Cohen is visiting Arkansas, along with other schools, before committing to the Razorbacks on March 29.

The Arkansas men’s basketball team is undergoing significant changes during transfer season, with new additions and departures shaping the roster for the upcoming season. Stay tuned for more updates as the transfer season progresses.
