Fort Worth Woman Opens First Pvolve Fitness Studio in Texas

Fort Worth resident Emily Reid found herself in a familiar predicament after giving birth and returning to work as a full-time teacher – struggling to find time to workout. However, a chance encounter with a remote fitness program called Pvolve changed everything for her. Impressed by the results, Reid decided to open the first Pvolve franchise in Texas, located at 4500 Hartwood Drive in Fort Worth.

Pvolve, founded by entrepreneur Rachel Katzman in 2017, offers a unique low-impact fitness method that focuses on sculpting arms, weight loss, joint mobility, and stability. The program has gained popularity, even receiving a celebrity endorsement from Jennifer Aniston. With expert trainers, a clinical advisory board, and its own workout equipment, Pvolve has expanded beyond online courses to open franchises nationwide.

Reid praises Pvolve for transforming her body and workout mindset, emphasizing the importance of health and longevity for women. The studio offers in-person classes as well as online options accessible through computers and mobile devices. The workouts, ranging from 10 to 75 minutes, incorporate equipment like the P.ball, precision mat, gliders, and tension bands.

Reid encourages newcomers to start with three workouts per week to gauge their body’s response to the low-impact exercises. The grand opening of the Fort Worth studio on April 27 will provide an opportunity for individuals to experience the Pvolve method firsthand. With plans for more Texas locations in the future, Pvolve aims to make fitness accessible and effective for all.
