Despite moving between multiple schools and cities, Turner remains positive and grateful for the experiences that have shaped her into the person she is today.

Having attended schools in Columbus, Groveport, Marion-Franklin, and Newark, Turner credits her diverse background for her ability to adapt and thrive in new environments. She embraced the opportunity to serve as a peer leader for the SOS (Sources Of Strength) program at Newark, where she found her passion for mental health awareness and supporting others.

Turner’s teachers and peers speak highly of her leadership qualities and positive attitude. Her English teacher, Kim O’Dell, describes her as creative, compassionate, and bold, with a deep passion for fashion and style. Turner’s involvement in the JROTC program and her impressive GPA demonstrate her commitment to personal growth and leadership development.

Looking ahead, Turner plans to join the Air Force National Guard to fund her education at Kent State University, where she hopes to pursue a degree in fashion design. Despite the challenges she may face, Turner approaches them with determination and a can-do attitude.

As she embarks on this new chapter in her life, Turner’s teachers and mentors have no doubt that she will continue to shine and make a positive impact on those around her. With her unwavering positivity and resilience, Turner is poised to achieve great success in the future.
