A tragic incident unfolded in Warner Robins on Tuesday evening, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old boy and the injury of an 18-year-old male. The Warner Robins Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the 800 block of South Davis Drive, where a fight between two groups of teens escalated into a deadly confrontation.
According to authorities, surveillance footage revealed that both victims were shooting at each other after exiting a local business where the altercation began. The 15-year-old victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to Houston Healthcare’s Watson Campus, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Another shooting victim, believed to be an 18-year-old male, was located in the 100 block of Oak Grove Road with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported to Atrium Health Navicent for treatment, and his current condition remains unknown.
Police are actively searching for two to three teens who were involved in the conflict, either as participants or bystanders. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities urging anyone with information to come forward.
