UAE Experiences Varied Rainfall Today Emirates

The Emirates experienced a range of rainfall this morning, from heavy to moderate to light, in various regions across the country. The National Center of Meteorology issued a warning for heavy rains in some eastern and northern areas, advising caution due to cumulonimbus clouds and strong winds that could reduce visibility.

In Jebel Ali Port in Dubai, Al Dhafra region, Umm Al Quwain, Ghantoot in Abu Dhabi, Al-Fujairah International Airport, Wadi Tabarra and Wadi Kubb in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Dhaid area in Sharjah, and Ajman, residents woke up to the sound of raindrops on their windows. The lowest temperature recorded this morning was 14.2 degrees Celsius in Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah.

The weather forecast for today includes unstable conditions with cumulonimbus clouds, scattered rainfall, thunder, and lightning in some areas of the country. The temperatures are expected to drop, and winds will be moderate to brisk, occasionally strong, with dusty and sandy clouds affecting visibility.

The National Center of Meteorology provided a detailed statement on the expected weather conditions for the day. The winds will be blowing from southeast to northeast at speeds of 25 to 40 km/h, reaching up to 75 km/h. The sea in the Arabian Gulf will be rough to very rough at times, with the Sea of Oman experiencing moderate waves becoming rough with clouds.
