Dubai airports received a total of 195,803 passengers on April 15, with a significant number of arrivals and departures. The following days saw a steady flow of passengers, totaling 133,801 on April 16 and 74,406 on April 17. The efforts of the Directorate, under the leadership of Team Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, have been instrumental in ensuring smooth passenger movement and enhancing cooperation among all stakeholders.

Passenger safety has been a top priority for the Directorate, with a focus on implementing policies and procedures to guarantee a quality travel experience. The postponement of some flights during adverse weather conditions was deemed necessary to prioritize passenger safety. Despite the challenges posed by fluctuating weather conditions, the professionalism and dedication of the airport, land, and sea port employees in Dubai have been key in maintaining high standards of service.

Team Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri expressed his appreciation for the hard work of the team and emphasized the importance of cooperation and coordination in achieving public service goals. The efforts of the Directorate have not only ensured passenger safety but have also contributed to enhancing Dubai’s reputation as a leading global travel and tourism destination.
