UC College of Nursing earns top ranking in U.S. News & World Report’s rankings

The UC College of Nursing continues to shine in the field of nursing education, as it once again secured top spots in U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 Best Graduate Nursing Programs rankings. The rankings, which evaluate programs from various institutions based on factors like graduation rates and academic support services, highlighted the College’s excellence in several key areas.

Among the notable rankings for the UC College of Nursing are the No. 11 spot for Best Nurse Anesthesia Program, a significant climb of 11 positions from the previous ranking. Additionally, the Nurse Midwifery Program secured the No. 37 spot, while the Master of Science in Nursing program ranked No. 41 and the Doctor of Nursing Practice program came in at No. 49.

Interim Dean Gordon Gillespie, PhD, expressed pride in the college’s consistent delivery of quality nursing education to a growing number of students nationwide.
