In a bold move to shake up the 2024 presidential race, a 35-year-old teacher from Texas has legally changed his name to ‘Literally Anybody Else’ and thrown his hat into the ring for the highest office in the land.

Formerly known as Dustin Ebey, the aspiring politician is fed up with the prospect of another White House showdown between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. “You cannot tell me that those two are the best that we can do,” he declared.

With policies on education, crime, health care, and taxes, ‘Literally Anybody Else’ is on a mission to hit the reset button on American politics. He believes that his generation and younger are struggling with basic needs like affordable housing, and he wants to be a voice for change.

Setting up a table in a park in downtown Dallas, ‘Literally Anybody Else’ is collecting signatures in a longshot bid to get on the ballot. While some passersby are curious or amused by his campaign, others are inspired by his message.

“I’m voting for this guy,” said Brandon Rios, a 28-year-old financial sector worker. “Anybody could do a better job than Donald Trump or Biden at this point.”

Despite the uphill battle of collecting over 113,000 signatures in Texas to secure a spot on the ballot, ‘Literally Anybody Else’ is determined to make his mark on the election. And if all else fails, he’s counting on voters to write his name on the ballot as a grassroots alternative to the political establishment.
