The FIBO fitness trade fair in Cologne is currently underway, and it has attracted some high-profile attendees who are sharing their fitness secrets. Hollywood star Ralf Moeller and ESA astronaut Matthias Maurer sat down for an interview to discuss the importance of training and nutrition in their fitness routines.
