Updates from the CV Chamber: Your Success is Our Priority

The Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a lively mixer at St. Luke’s of the Mountains to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the church. The event, held on April 16, featured delicious food prepared by Julie Dowse and chamber board member Mary O’Keefe, along with a variety of beverages and exciting prizes. Attendees had the opportunity to network with local business professionals and enjoy a night of great mixing and mingling.

Among the new members welcomed to the chamber were Carrie Grochow of Engel & Voelkers Real Estate and Marcelo Poisl of New York Life Insurance. These individuals recognize the value of being part of the chamber and staying connected to the community. The chamber continues to support its members and provide opportunities for growth and networking.

Looking ahead, the CV Chamber is teaming up with the Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber to host a mixer celebrating the 55th anniversary of J’s Maids & Maintenance. This special event will honor Chris Waldheim, who has been a dedicated member of the community for decades. The chambers are excited to come together and celebrate this milestone.

In addition to hosting mixers and supporting its members, the CV Chamber is gearing up for its biggest event of the year – the Hometown Country Fair. Scheduled for June 22 at Crescenta Valley Park, the fair will feature a wide range of vendors, entertainment, food trucks, and the popular dog parade. This year’s fair will also celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Ford Mustang, making it a must-attend event for the whole community.
