In a thrilling Park Region Conference matchup, the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines secured a 5-0 victory over the Pillager Huskies on Friday, May 3. Peyton Church was the star of the game, pitching a complete-game shutout while also contributing offensively with a 2-for-3 performance, including three RBIs and a run scored. Connor Dutke also had a standout game, reaching base four times with three hits and a walk.
