Local marketing firm Sky High Marketing, known for its partnership with the Milwaukee Bucks, received approval for a new facility in Waukesha. The Waukesha Plan Commission granted final site plan and architectural review for the 38,960-square-foot building located at the south end of Executive Place within the Waukesha Corporate Center.

The company, currently based in downtown Waukesha, is expanding and needed a larger space for its operations. The new facility will serve as office, warehouse, and production space, with potential for future expansion. City Planner Doug Koehler praised the design of the building, which includes concrete panels with blue accents for visual interest.

During the meeting, commissioners unanimously approved all elements of Sky High’s proposal, expressing gratitude for the company’s commitment to staying in Waukesha. Mayor Shawn Reilly commended the building’s aesthetics, noting its compatibility with the upscale business park environment.

In addition to the building design, Koehler discussed landscaping enhancements for the property, emphasizing the importance of adding more trees and plantings to soften the view of the parking lot from the street. The new facility is expected to be a valuable addition to the Waukesha Corporate Center, contributing to the area’s reputation as a premier business destination.

With the final approvals in place, Sky High Marketing is set to begin construction on its new facility, signaling a new chapter of growth and success for the company in Waukesha.
