OpenAI, the renowned artificial intelligence research lab, has found itself in hot water this week. Following the departure of key members, the organization faced criticism from actress Scarlett Johansson over its new chatbot audio mode, Sky. Johansson claimed that the voice used in Sky was “eerily similar” to her own, prompting OpenAI to suspend the voice option.

In other tech news, HCLTech has announced its acquisition of certain assets from Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Communications Technology Group (CTG). This move will provide HCLTech with valuable intellectual property, engineering talent, and client relationships in the global Communication Service Providers (CSPs) market.
