Igor Stimac, the Head Coach of the Indian national football team, has announced a 26-man probables squad for the upcoming training camp in Bhubaneswar ahead of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers Round 2 fixtures. The squad includes four players from the I-league who have been making waves with their performances this season.

Muhammad Hammad, the captain of Real Kashmir FC, has been selected for the squad after leading his team to fifth place in the I-League standings. The 26-year-old goalkeeper has impressed with 12 clean sheets in 24 games this season and will be moving to FC Goa in the Indian Super League next season.

Edmund Lalrindika, the attacking midfielder from Inter Kashi, has also earned a spot in the probables list. The 25-year-old has had a productive season, scoring four goals and providing eight assists for his club in the league. His versatility in playing through different positions makes him a valuable asset for the national team.

Lalrinzuala Lalbiaknia from Aizawl FC has created history by becoming the highest Indian goal-scorer in the I-League with 15 goals this season. The 23-year-old forward has had a breakout season after biding his time in the youth teams of other clubs.

David Lalhlansanga, the forward from Mohammedan Sporting, has also been included in the squad after a stellar season where he scored five goals and provided two assists in 22 appearances. The 22-year-old has flourished at his new club after a successful stint with Aizawl FC.
