Three successful female entrepreneurs, Adrienne Magnier of Zarasyl, Aisling Kirwan of Positive Carbon, and Sinéad Crowther of Soothing Solutions, will be sharing their stories of resilience and success at the upcoming Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs event in Dundalk. The event, now in its second year, is supported by Enterprise Ireland and KPMG, and aims to ignite a flame among women with entrepreneurial ambitions.
Adrienne Magnier founded Zarasyl in 2018, bringing innovative dermatological and wound care products to the global animal health market. Aisling Kirwan co-founded Positive Carbon, providing food waste data to commercial kitchens to reduce waste and reach sustainability goals. Sinéad Crowther, co-founder of Soothing Solutions, was named the Enterprise Ireland High-Potential Start-Up Founder of the Year for 2023, manufacturing honey jelly pops to help children with sore throats and coughs.
The event, organized by Lavina McGahon of the THRIVE4Women Programme, will feature these inspiring entrepreneurs as well as MC Paula Fitzsimons, founder of Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs. Attendees will have the opportunity to apply for the Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs support program, designed to encourage women to establish scalable and innovative businesses focused on export markets.
The event in Dundalk is part of a series of events across the country aimed at inspiring future female entrepreneurs and informing them about available supports. With the support of organizations like Enterprise Ireland and programs like Going for Growth, aspiring entrepreneurs can find a community of like-minded individuals willing to help them succeed in the challenging but rewarding journey of entrepreneurship.
