Women’s Tennis Secures 15th Consecutive Win in MIAA Tournament Semifinals

The Hope College women’s tennis team is on a winning streak as they advance to the MIAA tournament championship match for the 15th consecutive season. The Flying Dutch secured their spot in the final by defeating Kalamazoo College with a score of 5-1 in the semifinals at VandePoel-Heeringa Stadium Courts.

Ranked 33rd and the top seed in the tournament, Hope College will face off against third-seeded Saint Mary’s College on Saturday, May 4. The Flying Dutch will be aiming to extend their league-record run of tournament championships to 12, as they look to secure their spot in the NCAA Division III Championships.

In their semifinal match against Kalamazoo, Hope College dominated with three quick doubles wins.
