Youngsville Eagles Soar to Victory Over Eisenhower Knights

In a dominant performance, the Youngsville Eagles defeated the Eisenhower Knights with a final score of 12-1 at Werner Park on Friday. The Eagles showcased their strength and skill, improving their record to an impressive 9-2 for the season, with an 8-2 record in Region 3 play.

The Eagles wasted no time taking control of the game, scoring three runs in the first inning. Matt DeSimone led off with a single and scored on Talon Mesel’s RBI double. James Johnson and Wyatt Dalrymple added sacrifice flies to extend the lead to 3-0 after the first inning.

Youngsville continued to build on their lead, with DeSimone and Mesel contributing key hits and runs throughout the game. Nathan Lucks stole home in the third inning, showcasing the Eagles’ aggressive and strategic play on the basepaths.
