The University of Indianapolis men’s and women’s tennis programs are gearing up for the GLVC Tournaments with a slew of All-GLVC honors under their belt. The standout of the bunch is Tom Zeuch, who clinched the prestigious title of GLVC Player of the Year.

The Greyhounds, who are the top seeds in both the men’s and women’s tournaments, dominated the All-GLVC first team honors with three players on each side. For the men, Zeuch was joined by Erwan Momo Andre and Louis Picaud, while the women’s team boasted Benedetta Sensi, Tyffaine Pais, and Ana Hollweg.

In addition to the individual accolades, Zeuch and Jimena De Pablos Hernando were recognized for their sportsmanship and ethical behavior with the James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award. This award is given to student-athletes who excel not only on the court but also in academics and citizenship outside of sports.

Zeuch, a graduate student at Indianapolis, had an outstanding season with an 18-3 record overall and a top ranking in both ITA Division II singles and doubles. He also helped lead the Greyhounds to a 13-4 overall record and a division title in the GLVC.

With his impressive performance on and off the court, Zeuch has solidified his place as one of the top players in the conference. As the team prepares for the upcoming tournaments, all eyes will be on Zeuch to see if he can lead the Greyhounds to victory.
